At Expoint, we are searching for an exceptional Infrastructure Engineer to join our fast-paced team in Washington, United States. This individual will be responsible for providing infrastructure support for both clients and company systems, install and configure hardware and software for clients and internal team members, and ensure secure and reliable access to data and applications. The Infrastructure Engineer will work closely with the Systems Administrator to ensure that client systems are compliant with all industry standards, adding value to the customer’s experiences. The successful candidate needs to have a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a team atmosphere. The desired experience of the Infrastructure Engineer is two to three years in a similar role. The position is expected to have a strong familiarity with all aspects of networking, routing protocols, IP networks and cloud-based services. The candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be confident in their ability to work with customers in a diligent and timely fashion. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will need to monitor system performance, track anomalies and take quick corrective action as needed. This individual will also be responsible for working with vendors to obtain software licenses for both established and emerging technologies, ensuring that all security measures are enforced and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Infrastructure Engineer should have an eye for detail, a proactive attitude and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
